Refund Policy

Return and refunds 

At Tilly's Treats, we want tails wagging and noses sniffing with excitement when your order arrives! We’re proud to make healthy, natural treats for your pup, and we want you to be just as happy with them as your dog is. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

 

Returns

   •   Because our treats are fresh and perishable, we can’t accept returns on opened bags or partially used items.

   •   If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to scratch, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Just send us your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll sort it out for you.

   •   If you change your mind, unopened treats in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

 

Refunds

   •   Once we’ve received your return and given it a quick check, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved.

   •   Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

   •   If your order was damaged or we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping. For other returns, we kindly ask that you cover the postage.

 

Exchanges

 

If your goodies arrive damaged or we’ve sent the wrong item, we’ll happily send out a replacement. Just drop us a message at tillystasties@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.

 

Non-Returnable Items

   •   Opened or partially used treats (we can’t resell them, and we know your pup might still want them!)

   •   Gift cards and sale items

 

How to Start a Return

    1.    Email us at tillystasties@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong.

    2.    We’ll get back to you with simple return instructions.

    3.    Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
